We all need to take Time Out in our ever increasingly busy lives. So why not take the Time Out of Mind journey.

It's very simple!

Each and everyone of us should take a step out of time and centre ourselves, as we progress we shall be covering meditation and using Reiki as a relaxation tool.

Reiki is a Japanese energy therapy, which relaxes the mind and the body, so enabling healing to take place.

It is our hope to enable people from all walks of life to take up the art of relaxation, whilst at the time healing the spirit!

The meetings are based on the format, of using Reiki as a relaxation tool. Each attendee will recieve a short session of Reiki, to ease out the tensions of the day. This will be followed by a guided meditation. Then discussion and finally a healing circle to present our prayers to the Universe and our God.
